3778048 - New page opens in browser when accessing workflow requests from Manage Workflow Requests

Symptom

From Manage Workflow Requests, opening a workflow result launches the workflow details in a new browser page/tab.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Workflow Requests and search for any workflow.
  2. Open a workflow result and observe that a new page opens in the browser.

In another tab , the workflow details page open separately: 

Cause

Workflow requests are accessed through dedicated workflow pages and transaction views rather than being displayed directly within the search results grid.

Resolution

Opening workflow details in a separate tab or page from Manage Workflow Requests is expected behavior
