3778066 - Job relationships updated incorrectly when two separate job info-to-job relationship rules run

Symptom

When two cross-entity rules from Job Information each update a Job Relationship type, the job relationships are updated incorrectly in workflow details.

  • Expected behavior: job relationship type A set to user 1 and type B set to user 2.
  • Actual behavior: job relationship type A set to user 2 and type B got removed.

Note that when only one of the two rules is enabled, the Job Relationship updates correctly.
