After upgrading to 2211-jdk21.14,

• CMS Impex imports fail or content catalog synchronization (cms2) fails during processing in de.hybris.platform.cms2.servicelayer.interceptor.impl.CMSItemModificationHistoryPrepareInterceptor.
• Error examples: 
  

  LanguageModel with isocode 'en-US' not found LanguageModel with isocode 'en-JA' not found LanguageModel with isocode 'en-ZH' not found LanguageModel with isocode 'en-KR' not found LanguageModel with isocode 'en-GB' not found

• Languages exist and are active in the system as 
  

  en_US en_GB en_JA en_ZH en_KR

• Stack traces consistently point to CMSItemModificationHistoryPrepareInterceptor.
• Content Catalog Synchronization fails after import of CMS content with localized attributes.
• This issue also happen when updating an CMS component via backoffice,  exception thrown and failed to save component.

  LanguageModel with isocode 'sv-SE' not found! Thrown by CMSItemModificationHistoryPrepareInterceptor → DefaultCMSItemModificationHistoryService.convertLocalizedMapToPersistenceLayer().
