3778164 - Service confirmation: unable to cancel confirmation once it is completed and timesheet generated

Symptom

When trying to cancel a completed service confirmation with CATS time sheet generated. System gives warning and the cancellation failed.

  • Item 10: Data record number XXX can no longer be changed
  • Message no. LR 256
  • Diagnosis
  • Record number XXX already has the status "Approved". The profile specifies that records with the status "Approved" may no longer be changed.
