3778248 - Backend allows booking of dependent reductions – SAP event ticketing

• Dependent ticket types (for example, child discounts requiring an adult ticket) do not take effect in the backend: a warning appears, but booking still completes via fast booking or booking with customer data.
• In the webshop, the same dependency shows a warning and prevents checkout (payment button disabled) until an adult ticket is added.
• Typical messages observed: “you must add an adult ticket” and “the ticket category ‘child’ can only be booked together with ‘adult’.”
