3778278 - Resend the approval email after agent re-determination and resend to same approver

Symptom

  • If the approver is updated either using "Redo Agent Determination”, or a late/emergency substitution is made to a PR/PO/CTR during approval (Flexible Workflow), it is noticed that the approval email notification is not resent to the newly changed approver. 
  • There is a need to resend the approval notification email to the same PR approver on demand.
