3778281 - Scheduled Model export jobs are not showing under 'Export jobs' when set up to a file server under a Model in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• When scheduling export jobs for given Models to export to an external file server, the configured export jobs are not displayed under the 'Export jobs' overview neither under the given models, nor under the 'Connections' tab under 'Scheduled Status'.
• The scheduled export jobs are going through successfully, they are accessible on the destinated file server.
• There is no option to monitor the scheduled model exports to a file server.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.8.10

1. Log in to SAC.
2. Go to the Modeler tab on the Menu bar.
3. Select a given Model, open it, then go to the 'Data Management' tab.
4. In the 'Export Jobs' section, click the 'Export Data' icon and configure the export as a File Export to a file server with a schedule.
5. Observe that the export job that was just configured is not shown under 'Export jobs' in the model, neither in the Connections tab, under 'Schedule Status'.

This is a known limitation.

• Open the designated Model, select the 'Data Management' tab, scroll down to 'Export jobs', click on the 'Export data' button, select 'Export Model as file', lastly select 'Manage existing schedules' to monitor the latest export's date and delete a schedule. Click on a schedule to modify its parameters.
• Alternatively, the 'Email me when an export fails' option can be turned on to get notified if a file export to the file server fails.
