When a VLS is assigned to the time slot after users have already been enrolled, the VLE_ENROLLMENT notification is initiated, resulting in an additional message.

1. Identify the notification template that sends the unwanted message (for example, VLE_ENROLLMENT) using the template-to-initiator map.
2. If feasible, avoid performing the action that initiates this template (assigning a VLS to the time slot after users are enrolled) to prevent the message from being sent.
3. If the action must be kept, edit the notification template so that only the calendar invite is sent:

1. 1. Open the notification template.
   2. Clear the Subject and Body content.
   3. Keep only the vCal (VCAL) details.
   4. Save the template.
   5. Test the enrollment and scheduling scenario and confirm that only the expected emails are received.
