3778302 - Global Header Search Results Display Limited Fields: Title, Login Name, and Phone

• When searching for personnel in the global header search box, only the title appears in the search result. 
• Search results display limited information: Title, Login Name, and Phone Number. 
• Additional fields cannot be displayed in the search results.

1. Search in the global header.

2. Enter a person’s name and run the search.

3. Observe that the search result card only shows the title, login name, and phone number. 

• The Engineering team confirmed that this is the expected behavior. The Global Header search results do not support customized fields. 
• By default, the following fields are displayed: Title, Login Name (for Enhanced People Search), and Phone. 
• To request a different system behavior, create an enhancement request. The SuccessFactors product management team will review and assess the requested functionality for consideration in a future release.
