1H2026 – Program: Formatting visible in library – lost after adjustment

The formatting is displayed correctly immediately after a program is created.

However, if a change is made afterwards such as adjusting the program title or modifying the formatted text, the previously existing formatting is lost.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create a program with a formatted description (for example, paragraphs, bold text).
2. Save the program.
3. Check the display in the learning library.
4. Reopen the program.
5. Adjust the program title or the formatted text.
6. Save the program again.
7. Check the display in the learning library again.

• When any value was updated on the Program Settings page, the program description was updated incorrectly.

1. Workaround: If you make any changes on the Program Settings page, also update the Title (even if it remains the same value) and save. This ensures the Description is updated correctly.
2. Permanent fix: A code correction is planned for the 2H 2026 release.
3. Release schedule: Preview on October 12; Production on November 13–14.
