1. Attempt to delete a comment on a dimension cell within a planning story/application.
2. Observe the error message: "Please ensure current user has the required permissions to delete dimension comments."

Missing or incomplete permission combination across the required authorization layers (tenant, model, and story), with a missing model-level permission identified.

1. Verify tenant role permissions:
   • Ensure the user's role has Read, Create, and Delete permissions on the Comment object.
2. Verify model permissions:
   • Ensure the planning model grants Add Comment, View Comment, and Delete Comment (for all relevant dimension member combinations).
   • If Data Access Control (DAC) is enabled, also verify that the affected users have the required write access to the relevant data intersections.
3. Verify story permissions:
   • In Share/Custom Access for the story, ensure Add Comment, View Comment, and Delete Comment are granted.
4. Apply any missing permissions and refresh the story.
