• The "Migrate Your Data" application is not visible or accessible in the production system.
• Business roles 'SAP_BR_CONFIG_EXPERT_DATA_MIG' is missing in the production system.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Attempt to access the "Migrate Your Data" application in the production system.

The required business role SAP_BR_CONFIG_EXPERT_DATA_MIG was not assigned to the user.

1. Assign the business role SAP_BR_CONFIG_EXPERT_DATA_MIG to the respective user.
2. If the role template is not available in the production system:
3. Confirm that the “Confirm Scope and Organizational Structure” phase is completed in Central Business Configuration so that content is activated.
4. Move the initial transport to the production system to deliver the role/catalog for the app.
5. Log out and log back in to the Fiori launchpad and verify that the "Migrate Your Data" application is visible.
6. Refer to the guidance on opening the Migration Cockpit if needed.
