3778385 - cannot print or save in-progress performance forms from story reports

• Administrators want to print or save Performance Forms while forms are still in progress.
• Attempting to open/download a Performance Form via a hyperlink (for example, on the Document ID) in a Story Report results in an error.
• Printing the same in-progress forms is possible via Classic Reporting (for example, Detailed Report/Archive & Print).
• No specific error text or error code was provided.

1. Build a Story Report on Performance Management form data.
2. Include a column with the form Document ID and configure it as a hyperlink to open the form.
3. Run the story and click the hyperlink for a form that is still in progress.
4. Observe that an error occurs and the form cannot be printed or saved from the story.

The ability to open/print or save in-progress Performance Forms directly via Story Reports is not supported.

1. Use the Archive & Print tool to generate PDF copies of in-progress Performance Forms.
2. Navigate to Classic Reporting and open the relevant Performance Management detailed report or the Archive & Print option to access the print view.
3. Generate or download the PDF from the print view for reporting, review, audit, or offline reference.
4. Note: While Classic Reporting is being deprecated, the Archive & Print tool will remain available outside of Classic Reporting
