Symptom

• Attachments are missing from the outbound payload when sending Lean Service Purchase Orders, Service Entry Sheets, or Invoices through SAP Integration Suite, Managed Gateway for Spend Management, to SAP Business Network.
• S4CI1 Add-on is configured together with ARBCI1 Add-on to support the Lean Service flow.
