3778444 - Provisioning of SAP S/4HANA Cloud tenant fails with "Looks like there's a problem with your contract data"

Symptom

  • When attempting to provision an SAP S/4HANA Cloud tenant from SAP for Me, the provisioning request fails and the status changes to Error.

    The error dialog displays a message similar to: "Looks like there's a problem with your contract data."

    The message may include identifiers such as:

    • Entitlement Set ID
    • Entitlement Item
    • Fulfillment Request ID

    As a result, the provisioning process is cancelled and no tenant is created.
