3778468 - F4 Search help in Transaction code BP returns incorrect results when filtering by IBAN and BP number

Symptom

In Transaction code BP, the F4 search help “Partners by bank details” returns multiple business partners even when both IBAN and BP number are provided; the BP number filter seems to not be considered.

  • Searching by IBAN alone returns multiple partners that share the same IBAN (correct behaviour).
  • Searching by BP number alone returns the single BP (correct behaviour).
  • Searching by both IBAN and BP number returns any BPs that share the same IBAN when it should only return a single BP with the IBAN (incorrect behavior).
