3778472 - Is it possible to report on Job requisition Audit Trail Comments? - Recruiting Management

Symptom

Customer would like to create an Audit Report on Job Requisition comments.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In Job Requisition history under Audit Trail, we can see that Approvers have left a comment
  2. In Report Center (Table Report or Story Report)
  3. Start the report with Job Requisition Audit Trail
  4. Try to include the Audit Trail Comments provided by Approvers during the approval process
  5. Audit Trail Comments are not available as reportable columns

Cause

This is a product limitation.

Resolution

Currently it is not possible to report on Audit Trail Comments.
