3778492 - Duration info from OCN items is getting automatically removed

OCN items don't get the Duration field (at the Item Details tab) automatically populated after the import. Hence, Learning Administrators manually add this value at the items' records. However, this information is getting removed. Is it happening due to the OCN integration?

1. Enable the OCN integration >
2. Make sure the OCN provider is sending courses to the Learning application and import them as needed >
3. At the item's record > Details tab > Duration is not an info sent by the OCN provider >
4. Learning Administrators can manually update the Duration info at the items' records > Details tab >
5. However, the Duration is getting automatically wiped out when the OCN provider sends the payload for the affected items, even when there are no changes being sent through the payload >
6. Other fields, such as Credit Hours, Contact Hours, and CPE Hours are not affected.

Our Engineering team has investigated the scenario and the correction is planned to be delivered within the b2611 release version, as per the schedule available at Product Release & Road Map Information.

For VSaaS customers, this means that the fix is planned to be delivered as part of the b2705 release version, as per the schedule available at Learning Validated SaaS Release Schedule.
