3778512 - Responsible Person not displayed in maintenance scheduling board F2603 at order and operation levels of RSH

Symptom

In the Maintenance Scheduling Board (F2603) application:

  • The Person Responsible field is not displayed at the maintenance order header level.
  • The field is not visible even when:
    • A responsible person is assigned in the maintenance order header.
    • A responsible person is maintained in the work center.
  • Users are unable to view the responsible person for the maintenance order at the order level.
