3778528 - Autoflow Not Triggered Via API, It Is Only Triggered Correctly Once Action Is Performed Via UI

Symptom

Autoflow is not triggered when conditions are met when an entity is created via API (using a technical integration user). The autoflow is triggered correctly when the same case is copied and saved via the UI.
