3778606 - Threshold formatting highlights values within the neutral range when a chart or table is displayed with Scale = Million in SAP Analytics Cloud

• Threshold conditional formatting in an SAP Analytics Cloud story appears to highlight values displayed within the expected neutral range.
• For example, a threshold is configured using Number Range as follows:
  • Green / OK: values greater than or equal to 0.2
  • Red / Warning: values lower than -0.2
  • Values between -0.2 and 0.2 are expected to remain without threshold formatting.
• However, a chart or table using the same measure may still highlight values displayed as 0.1M, -0.0M, or -0.1M.
• The chart or table is displayed with:
  • Scale = Million
  • Decimal Places = 1
• No error message is displayed.

This behavior can be observed in both SAP Analytics Cloud embedded and SAP Analytics Cloud enterprise tenants.
