3778640 - Not able to receive catch weight products without changing the valuation quantity

User try to receive a Handling Unit (HU) that have a Catch Weight (CW) profile assigned to it, but it is not possible to receive as the following error is raised:

"HU &1 has no exact valuation quantity.
Message No. /SCWM/GOODS_MOVEMENT049."

To be able to receive the HU, user need to change the valuation quantity to update the valuation status from B (Valuation quantity is not measured) to A (Valuation quantity is measured).
