This KBA contains the expected behavior for the Advances functionality on SuccessFactors Mobile.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Resolution
- The advances card will be available via the Latest People Profile, by navigating to the Compensation section, or via Quick Card (by using the URL sf/liveprofile?categoryId=compensation&cardId=advances)
- To edit data on this card in the mobile app, go to the details page. But if the card has no data, you can't add new data.
