3778674 - VL10B Error Relate to EA-DFP

Symptom

After upgrade to S/4HANA, creating a delivery for a UB Stock Transport Order (STO) in transaction VL10B results in an error. Error message: "Plant [plant] and SLoc [storage location] are not assigned to a force element.", message number /ISDFPS/MM_CS 175.

The check does not occur in a comparable environment, although business function EA-DFP is active there as well.
