Symptom

  • Error “CD 800 – No authorization to display change documents” occurs in Eclipse ADT.
  • Calling CL_CHDO_READ_TOOLS=>CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ for a standard change document object (for example, BELEG) results in the error.
