3778714 - Search Work Items report does not display previous work items for recurring plans

In the Search Work Items application, work items generated by recurring plans disappear although they were previously visible.

Typical observations include:

• Older work items cannot be found.
• Search results decrease over time.
• Reports become incomplete.
• Existing work items are missing when filtering by a timeframe.
• Compliance reports contain fewer entries than expected.
