3778715 - Invoice is Rejected in Business Network with error 400 and 500

Symptom

  • The connected system has been successfully onboarded to SAP Business Network

  • The invoice is submitted in Business Network but the status is updated to Rejected with the error message:

    • Transmission error while connecting to target system for the customer ANID with HTTP ResponseCode:400 and HTTP operation failed invoking https://subdomain.invoicing.procurement.cloud.sap/api/cim-crea… with statusCode: 400 with .. Suggested Action : Connectivity to target system failed. Common HTTP error responses and suggestive actions. 500 (Internal Server Error) -> Check in the target system for exact nature of request failure.400-4XX (Authentication Issue) -> check target system provided valid authentication details.ErrorCode:CIG-PLT-00645.
