3778745 - "There are no approval processes associated with this User" is displayed for a pending approval in learning administration - SuccessFactors Learning

• Learning admin accesses user entity in Learning Administration and clicked Approval tab to view a pending approval.
• However, when admin clicks on this specific approval, "There are no approval processes associated with this User" is displayed, and admin cannot edit anything.

The approver of this specific approval process has became inactive.

Admin should check the configuration of the approval process.

When the orginial approver becomes inactive, the approval process will be missing effective approver. Thus the error will happen.

To solve this issue, admin should re-config an active user as the approver for the approval process.
