3778887 - Error "Basic Type DEBMAS08 does not exist" although the Basic Type exists – Missing WE82 Message Type and Basic Type assignment

Symptom

When creating or processing an IDoc, one of the following errors occurs:

  1. Basic type DEBMAS08 does not exist.
  2. Message processing fails although the IDoc Basic Type is available in the system.
  3. IDoc cannot be created or processed.
  4. The Basic Type is confirmed to exist in the system (e.g., visible in WE30), but the error persists during IDoc processing.
