3778902 - Child Account Plan section not appearing in Account Plan

After creating an Account Plan, the Child Account Plan section has been made visible via adaptation mode.  However, it cannot be seen in the Account Plan.

Child Account Plan section is relevant only for hierarchy based Account Plans.

When creating the Account Plan, select Type = Global.  Then the Child Account Plan section will be visible and child Account Plans can be added.
