3778985 - Fatal Error Msg 691 is appearing during online database - SAP ASE

• Below error during the online database command after load database is completed.

  Started estimating recovery log boundaries for database 'xxx'.
  Database 'xxx', checkpoint=(19024685, 18), first=(19024685, 18), last=(19026259, 13).
  Completed estimating recovery log boundaries for database 'xxx'.
  Started ANALYSIS pass for database 'xxx'.
  Completed ANALYSIS pass for database 'xxx'.
  Recovery of database 'xxx' will undo incomplete nested top actions.
  Msg 691, Level 20, State 1:
  Server 'xxx', Line 1:
  Encountered invalid logical page '0' while accessing database 'xxx' (21), object 'sysgams' (14), index 'sysgams' (0), partition 'sysgams_14' (14). This is an internal system error. Please contact SAP Technical Support.
  Msg 3445, Level 18, State 1:
  Server 'xxx', Line 1:
  ASE could not bring database 'xxx' online.
  
  
• Below options which tried as a solution did not work
  
  1. Tried using another Good Backup which is working fine in another Sybase Instance 
  2. Drop database and create database 
  3. and then load the Good Backup
  But getting same error during online database.

• SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) 16.0
