3779000 - Error when accessing the secure storage in PI/PO while sending message from ECC system (ABAP Proxy Receiver server)

Message processing via ABAP Proxy (SOAP) is failing in PI/PO.

The following errors are observed from Default Traces:

• Error: System Error Received. HTTP Status Code = 200: However System Error received in payload ErrorCode = USER_CONTEXT_ERROR ErrorCategory = XIServer Parameter1 = Error when accessing the secure storage (-> evaluate trace) Additional text = create_user_context ErrorStack = An Error has Ocurred in the User Context Error when accessing the secure storage (-> evaluate trace).
• Error: Error during parsing the SOAP part --- Can't parse the document.
• Error: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.mo.MalformedMessageException: Can't parse the document; nested exception caused by: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.util.XMLScanException; nested exception caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.

Although the HTTP response code returned by the target system is 200 (OK), message processing fails in PI/PO.
