3779042 - S_ALR_87013625 displays different fixed/variable actual cost split depending on report currency

In report S_ALR_87013625, or report group 1SIS, actual costs after actual cost splitting are displayed differently depending on the report currency setting in the CO Information System user settings.

For example, the following behavior can be observed:

When the report currency is set to controlling area currency, the actual costs are displayed with the expected fixed/variable split.

When the report currency is set to object currency, the actual costs may be displayed with a different fixed/variable split.

The behavior is observed for actual costs posted to a cost center/activity type combination after actual cost splitting has been executed.
