Navigating to either Utilities -> Adjustment or Utilities -> Comparison in transaction SM30 or transaction SPRO triggers a short dump.

     An exception has occurred that was not caught.

 What happened?
     The exception of class "CX_BCFG_MALFORMED_KEY" was triggered but not caught
      anywhere in the
     call hierarchy.

     Since exceptions represent error situations, and this error was not
     adequately responded to, ABAP program "CL_BCFG_BCSET_KEY_CONTAINER===CP" had
      to be terminated.
