3779108 - RKANBU01 runs for a long time when a WBS element is entered in the Project field

When executing report RKANBU01 to correct commitment inconsistencies, the report runs for a long time or does not finish within the expected runtime.

The issue can occur although the user intends to restrict the report to one specific WBS element or a small number of objects.

In runtime analysis, the report may show that a large number of purchase order items are processed.
