360 form allows selecting more reviewers than the maximum limit

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Reviews

1. Open a 360 review form configured with max-rater-count set to 1.
2. Add more than one reviewer to the form.
3. As soon as auto-save starts after adding the participants, immediately click Finalize Form.
4. Observe that validation can incorrectly pass, allowing more than one reviewer, instead of blocking with the max-rater limit message.

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Workaround

Instruct users to wait for auto-save to complete before clicking Finalize Form (for example, wait until any auto-save indicator finishes), then finalize. This ensures validation runs on the latest data.
