3779144 - Current budget is displayed as negative in controlling area currency for project budgeting

In Project System budgeting, the current budget is displayed as a negative value when the budget is viewed in controlling area currency.

The budget amount in object currency or transaction currency may still be positive. Availability Control analysis may also show that the distributable budget is positive and the assigned value is still within the available budget.

As a result, the budget overview or related reports can appear inconsistent because the current budget is negative in controlling area currency, while the budget values in object currency or transaction currency are still correct.
