3779162 - Real-time overhead document is missing and report RTOHC_REPOST does not find the original document

Symptom

A real-time overhead document is not generated for some postings or reversals.

For example, after posting or reversing a goods issue, the primary document is posted successfully, but the expected real-time overhead document is missing.

When trying to repost the missing real-time overhead document using report RTOHC_REPOST, the report does not find the original document.
