3779176 - Why do I get redirected to different screens when I click on one of my Approval or Review tasks under My Tasks portlet?

Symptom

  • I am seeing intermittent screen changes when clicking on some Approval and Review Task hyperlinks in My Tasks portlet.
  • Sometimes I am redirected to the Contract Workspace overview.
  • Sometimes I get redirected straight to the Task details screen.
