3779180 - Comments on Work Zone user profile cannot be deleted or edited

Symptom

A comment on an user profile cannot be edited or deleted. After clicking "Edit" or "Delete", the page refreshes and the comment remains.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open an user's profile Overview section.
  2. Click on "Edit" or "Delete" a comment.
  3. Observe that the page reloads, but the comment is still present.

Cause

This is a known defect. Engineering team has confirmed the cause: current domain is in the legacy domains field.

Resolution

 A code fix is necessary to address the issue and will be deployed on 06th Aug, 2026.
