3779184 - Date in WebI report does not display in the Preferred Viewing Locale format

Symptom

  • When setting the Preferred Viewing Locale to the desired language, for example, English (United States), the date displayed in the report continues to appear in a different format (yyyy/mm/dd) instead of mm/dd/yyyy.
  • On the database side, the date format is displayed correctly.
