3779193 - How "Still to deliver" value is calculated on PO header for Service POs with SES – SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

In an External Service Purchase Order (PO) (item category D), the Still to deliver amount displayed on the Status tab at header level appears inconsistent with the user's expectation.
This can include cases where the "Still to deliv." amount seems unexpectedly high compared to the PO net value, especially when non-deductible tax is maintained in the PO item and SES have been posted.
