3779198 - Mass reversal fails in app F3697 when reversal posting date is in a different fiscal year

When using the Fiori app F3697 – Manage Direct Activity Allocation, reversal from the list view / mass reversal action fails.

The app may display a generic error message such as:

“HTTP Request Failed”

The same Direct Activity Allocation document can be reversed successfully by using transaction KB24N or from another single-document reversal flow in the Fiori app.

The issue is observed when the original document was posted in one fiscal year or period, but the reversal is attempted with a posting date / journal entry date in a later period or next fiscal year.
