3779209 - CPTA displays unexpected quantity when template function ActivityTypeActualQty is used

Symptom

When executing template allocation in transaction CPTA, the calculated actual quantity is different from the quantity expected from the routing or order confirmation.

The template formula uses the function ActivityTypeActualQty. However, the user expects the result to be based on the routing quantity or the confirmed quantity of an order operation.
