Symptom

  • After an upgrade, accessing reports from BI Launchpad results in unexpected behavior.
  • Opening a report directly from BI Launchpad opens it as a PDF or downloads it as an Excel file instead of opening in Web Intelligence (WebI).
  • No error message is displayed.
