Symptom

  • When saving a delegated approver for users with ids starting with ISHIFTXXXX in the delegation application, the system raises the error: "User does not exist."
  • The issue persists even though the user exists and is active in backend systems and in GRC repository tables (GRACUSER and GRACUSERCONN).
