3779296 - Validation Rules Are Not Re-Validated After Scheduled Event Handler Job Runs

Symptom

Validation Rule alerts remain open even after the underlying monitored master data has been corrected.

Although the Scheduled Event Handler Job (PYT_EVENT_HANDLER) runs successfully, the system does not re-validate the related Validation Rules and existing alerts are not automatically cleared.
