3779304 - Deprecation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Integration with WorkForce Software (WFS) – Master Guide & FAQ

Customers using the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to WorkForce Software (WFS) packaged integrations have received a deprecation notification and are seeking clarification on the following:

• Whether the deprecation applies to Boomi, SAP Cloud Integration (CI), or both.
• Whether any immediate changes or updates are required in their current environment.
• What the replacement integration is and where it is hosted.
• The impact on existing integration artifacts and whether they will be removed.
• The scope of support available after the deprecation date.

Important Notice: SAP has officially announced the deprecation of the standard packaged integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and WorkForce Software with the 1H 2026 release. No new enhancements will be accepted beyond this point. Maintenance support will continue until 1H 2027. Customers are strongly encouraged to plan their migration to the replacement integration provided by WorkForce Software.
