3779322 - Cannot find rehire candidate in Onboarding Dashboard after selecting Rehire with Old Employment – Onboarding

Cannot find the rehire candidate under Onboarding Dashboard after selecting “Rehire with Old Employment”.

1. Select Rehire with Old Employment for a candidate.
2. Observe the initial onboarding process status displays Auto Canceled by system.
3. Check the Onboarding dashboard and note the candidate is not listed.
4. Go to BPE Process Monitor Tool, there is an error job stuck in the restarted onboaording process.
5. Go to BPE Manage Process Task, restart the error job and encountered an application error.

Data issue: attachments from the user’s previous onboarding exceed the system’s maximum file size limit, causing the system copy/clone step to fail during the restart onboarding process.

1. In Manage Data, open Onboarding Attachments for the candidate.
2. Select Take Action > Make Correction, delete the oversized attachments, and save.
3. Open BPE Manage Process Tasks and locate the failed job for the restarted onboarding process.
4. Restart the job.
5. Verify the rehire candidate appears in the Onboarding Dashboard.
