Symptom

  • When running transaction SE16N for table/view CO_SSTRCV2 with any Allocation Structure value, an ABAP dump occurs with the error: "Field symbol has not been assigned yet."
  • In related contexts, an ABAP short dump GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED in SE16N_SHOW_GRID_LINE can occur.
